Isaac Sherrill is a Council Bluffs, Iowa native and the oldest of seven children who has been building things from scratch since the sixth grade — when a Shark Tank marathon inspired him to start selling signs and letters on Facebook. That early instinct to compete and create has never left. He went on to start a lawn care company, partner in an AI agency, and play college baseball from the junior college level all the way to Thomas Jefferson University in Philadelphia.
Isaac is a builder by nature and a listener by practice. He brings hands-on experience in AI, sales, and business growth to his role at 316 Strategy Group, where he works with small business owners to help them navigate the rapidly shifting landscape of AI search, AEO, and GEO. He believes the best client relationships are built on clarity — his goal in every conversation is to make sure business owners walk away understanding more than when they started.
Outside of work, Isaac can be found in the gym, at a baseball field supporting his younger brother, or coaching competitive youth baseball — a role he takes seriously as an opportunity to mentor young men and be a reliable presence in their lives. He is passionate about continuous learning and lives by the philosophy that you should work like a machine and think like a child. Isaac is excited to help 316 Strategy Group clients win.
